What we collect. The details you give us when you request a quote or send an enquiry — your name, email, phone number, company name, your message, and any artwork or files you upload.
Why we use it. Solely to prepare, send and follow up on your quote or enquiry, and to contact you about it by email or WhatsApp. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Your artwork. Files you upload are stored privately, accessed only through short-lived secure links, and used only to fulfil your request. They are never published or shared publicly.
Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to respond to you (for example, our email delivery provider), and only as far as required to do so.
Retention. We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is archived or removed.
