Quotes are estimates. Prices, product availability, branding options and turnaround times shown or quoted are estimates, not binding offers, and are subject to confirmation by Raytech International before any order is placed.
No payment, no contract on submission. Submitting a quote request involves no payment and does not create a contract of sale. We will contact you to confirm details and finalise pricing before any work begins.
Artwork & intellectual property. By submitting artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only to prepare and produce your order, and you remain responsible for any third-party rights in the designs you provide.
Setup & design fees. Some work carries additional fees — for example a once-off digitising fee for new embroidery logos, a design fee where supplied artwork is not print-ready, and a printing setup fee. Any such fees are confirmed in your quote before you proceed.
Turnaround. Stated lead times are indicative and depend on quantity and current workload; larger runs take longer. Your confirmed turnaround is the one stated in your final quote.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
